All the yogis have to be present in the common meditation hall at sharp 6.00 a.m. at the beginning of each and every retreat in order to observe higher precepts (Uposatha Astanga Seela, which is surrendered only at the end of the retreat)

The entire program will come to an end on completion of the Dhamma Deshana/”Q” and ”A” session (if any) and transference of merits.

* Doing Lay Responsibilities would help to improve mindfulness & to move ahead in the path immensely.
